HSW Advisers is a company with less than 250 employees whose regular activity is not to process personal data. As such, according to GDPR, HSW Advisers does not need to keep records of their processing activities as it is not a regular activity, it does not poses a threat to individuals’ rights and freedoms, or concerns sensitive data or criminal records.
Any processing of personal information as part of an engagement will be regulated separately under a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
